I have a Kindle 4.1.3. It tells me it is unable to connect to wifi. I have tried putting in my password ***** (from Virgin Broadband), restarting the Kindle, trying to enter the network manually. Nothing works. Thanks for your help. Joanne

Can you remove the power to the wifi router and wait 5 minutes.
While waiting
Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.
Then power on the wifi router
Then power on the Kindle and try to connect
Let me know the results please
Thank you

If I turn off the power to the wifi router, will that affect other computers/devices that are connected to this router?
