Great, what happens if you press ESC (top left corner of the keyboard).Does it go into a blue screen with a bunch of tabs and options?
Martin and 2 other Computer Specialists are ready to help you
Press the ESC (escape key) and see if it goes into the BIOS, which is a blue screen with text.We need to disable a few options.I found a video that shows you which options you need to disable, which may be easier to understand than reading
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
where is the video
Before we go to the video, were you able to get to the blue BIOS screen by pressing Esc on the screen with the error?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
in toshiba setup utility
Great - here's the video, the English isn't too great but it shows you exactly what you need to do: what you have to do is (with the use of the arrows on the keyboard) go to the Security tab, go down to where it says Secure Boot and set it to Disabled. (By pressing Enter)Then, go to the Advanced tab, select System Configuration, hit Enter, go down to Boot Mode and set it to CSM Boot as shown in the video.Once you've made the changes, press F10 to save the settings and confirm the changes.Restart the computer and tell me what happens.

reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key
Ok, can you shut down (press the power button until it turns off) then turn it on and press Esc and F12 simultaneously as soon as the computer starts coming on. Make sure you press them repeatedly until you see a screen with options on how to boot the computer
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
done that
What options do you see?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Select HDD/SSD and hit Enter, then tell me what happens

previous message re boot
Ok, restart the computer, press F2 (or Del) repeatedly and go back into the BIOS (the blue screen we were at before)Then, go to the Advanced tab, select System Configuration, hit Enter, go down to Boot Mode and set it to UEFI Boot.Press F10 to save the settings, confirm, and reboot again.Tell me what happens this time

back to "error code"
Okay - looks like we've isolated the problem. What you need to do is build a boot disk with the create media utility. You'll have to do this from another computer, one with a CD/DVD burner. boot disk will then allow you to repair the system files necessary to boot the operating system.Alternatively, you can try setting it back to factory defaults but that will erase all your personal files which I'm assuming you don't want.I can give you the steps to restore the computer to factory defaults if you like but would recommend going the other route, unless of course the files are of no importance

threres no cd/dvd player in the computer, can a usb work, give me the factory defaults steps just in case.
Sure, a USB of at least 4GB of space can be used as well. Here are the steps for factory defaults:
