I have Windows 7 and can not logon using the same password ***** have had for a couple of years. Caps lock is off. Number lock is off. Even switching to onscreen keyboard still unsucccesful. Worked fine on Friday but not on Monday with no system or software changes in between. Any suggestions most welcome. Thanks. Steve

Do you have your Windows 7 installation CD please?​There are a few ways to get back into your account. Both free & paid.Firstly do you have another account with admin access that you can get into on this computer please?

No longer have installation disk and I'm not aware of another account.
