The Soft reset will not erase personal data stored on your Galaxy S5. Soft reset means that clean files more frequently the cache stored by the system.1. Turn off your mobile.2. Press and hold “Volume Up”, “Home” and “Power” at the same time.3. After the phone vibrates, release the “Power” button but continue holding “Volume Up” and “Home”.4. Once the screen “Android System Recovery” appears, release all buttons.5. With the “Volume Down” button, navigate and select “wipe cache partition”.6. Press the “Power” button to select.7. Once the cache partition has been wiped, select “reboot system now”.8. Press the “Power” button to restart the device.
