Also yr repeated demand for £24.99 via MBNA for TuneUp not ordered (01522803205 ) refers.
Would be obliged to receive refund of monies for non-supply of TuneUps.

1. What is your invoice discrepancy regarding AVG regarding? Not giving you a new licence, even though you are wanting to pay them?
2. Can you hand the (refund?) issue over to your MBNA credit card and they will take sole owner ship of the problem and sort it all out for you.
3. Tune Ups not required - same as 2 above.
