i think my samsung galaxy s5 has been hacked. when it turned off and i went to charge it a yellow warning sign popped into the battery sign then a strange looking android came on saying downloading please do not turn off. ive noticed my phone settings had changed before this as well as all my accounts. my antivirus on my pc also picked up somethin attached to crome and there were 20 threats found with mostly tracking, help!!
Hi,My name is ***** ***** certified professional with over 10 years experience. I will be glad to assist you with this. I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. The threats on your computer are normal, just about every search or page that you go to has tracking enabled. The websites use this find out location and sites that you frequent most. The phone is normal also, it does this if the the power and volume is pressed at the same time, you probably pressed them together on accident.Hold the power button down on the phone for 60 seconds, then power on normally please. Let me know if this does not work and we can try another solution. Please reply and let me know if you need any other assistance or if everything is good, take a moment to rate my service by choosing one of the stars at the top, then click submit.Thank you very much!

thank you for your charging it as we speak. Im still worried about the phone though. i have 2 email accounts attached to this hotmail and gmail. recently after restorin the phone i went into my hotmail security and changed the setting with the 2 step verification and added my phone number which i had already done previously nut it had changed to email. when i went into my inbox there were a number of emails that were definately not meant for me they were my partners.what do you think?
That sounds like you have cross linked the Email accounts and the two accounts are syncing the email from each other.
