Hi Jean. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. Can we do a screen sharing session on your computer?I can recover the wireless password ***** need for the Kindle from your computer?
Can you tell me the brand and model number of your wireless router?

Yes we can do a screen sharing session on my computer. How long would it take so i can arrange a mutually agreed time? The brand and model number of my wireless router is Netgear as supplied to Virgin Media. MAC 008EF217F8F8.
Do you need the Serial Number?
Hi. I think 20 minutes should be a sufficient amount of time to resolve this. What time would be convenient for you? I believe you are 5 hours ahead of me.Right now it is 9:38 AM where I'm at (East coast, US)

I'm free until 15.30 (its now 15.00)> Can you retrieve the password ***** me losing everything on my Kindle?
Yes. From your computer, please click the link below (after reading this). When the page opens click the green I Agree button and the connection download will begin. When the file has downloaded (Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client) select Run or Open. If Windows asks, Allow changes to be made. When the file has loaded we should be connected.
Jean, is the computer you are using wireless, or, is it connected to your router with a network cable? There may be another way to do this if you're having trouble getting connected.
