I have just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8, and I have already encountered two problems:
a) I can connect to my printer to print e-mails, but it will no longer connect with the printer to print attachments or any other form of image
b) the icon called 'Control Panel' has vanished, so that I am no longer able to right click on that, right click on 'Devices & Printers', and then left click on the image of my printer, in order to start a scan
Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be the expert working with you today to help and resolve the problem you have posted.1. You have to reinstall the printer driver to make the printer work on windows 10 and the printer should be compatible to windows 10.2. Right click on the windows start button on the bottom left hand side you will see control panel in the list.let me know if you have any question feel free to ask.

do you want me to remote connect and install the printer and test it for you?
