Hi there and welcome

Can you tell me the make and model of the tablet please?

You will have to reset the Tablet, it is the only way to remove the block.

It will return it to new and remove all your data, but you cannot avoid this, it is the whole reason for the security

To do the reset

  1. In order to switch off your device press the Power key and choose Power Off.
  2. Afterwards press and hold together: Volume Up + Home + Power button.
  3. You should release held keys when an Android Icon appears on the screen.
  4. Select "wipe data / factory reset" by using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
  5. Afterwards choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm whole operation.
  6. When the Recovery Mode appears again select "reboot system now".

The tablet is then reset and you can set it up again like new
