I have a Kindle Paperwhite I haven't used it for 2 years, I loaded3 books on it a few weeks ago and have paid for them .AfterI switched it on amessage appeared saying there was a problem with my credit card on file , the date mentioned is20. 11.14. I am unable to remove this message , please help , thank

This is usually an issue with the Firmware, so I would first like you to do this please.

Remove the charger from the Kindle and hold the power button to off for 35 seconds.

Release, then connect the charger and try to turn on the Kindle and use it.

ok, Visit the page for your account via your computer here

- Log into using your Amazon account (the same Amazon account you have registered on your Kindle)

On the right side select "Settings"

Under 'Kindle Payment Settings' (first option)

Click 'Edit Payment Method'

Change your credit card details.

Restart your Kindle and it will update

Then tell me if it removes the page please
