Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. On your Windows 7 computer,

close Internet Explorer and open Control Panel.

Once there open Internet Options.

Click the Connections tab at the top of the window.

Click the LAN Settings button toward the bottom of the window.

Remove the checkmark such that all boxes are empty.

Click OK to close the window and open Internet Explorer again and check if you

can now open web pages.

Let me know the result please.

Click the start button and in the search area type: rstrui.exe

Click the search result at the top and System Restore will launch.

Click Next and put a checkmark in the "Show more Restore Points" box if available

and select a date when you weren't getting the proxy message.

Click Next and then Finish and allow the restore to complete.

Once the computer has restarted, log in and test Internet Explorer.
