I have just bought an ASUS USB-BT400. It appears to load fine on my PC with Windows 10 but I cannot use. A message comes up that it is not compatible with Windows 10. I notice that in February you promised to have the drivers ready soon to deal with this problem.

Are you having trouble with a device , or a program/app with Windows 10?

It may well be that there is no solution to this problem. Will I be charged if that is the case. THe device only cost me £14 ) No real problem with either in that the W10 is working fine otherwise. THe USB seems to upload fine when CD used but ?cannot be installed

Sorry, I might have misread your original question. Have you checked the DEVICE MANAGER to see if there is any errors on that bluetooth adapter?

I went through the Device manager in the Settings. THis opened up a list of ?devices including the Bluetooth sign I further opened this and opened each of the 3 relevant names ~(4th was the headphones) I tried to update drivers on all 3 (as the code was different for each) but kept coming back with the message that the drivers in the system were adequete

I have tried listening to music on the PC and tells me that no Audio device can be found. If I plug in the headphones I immediately get the music

The easiest way for me to troubleshoot this would be a remote connection. You previously sent a message that you wanted remote services. Do you want me to remotely connect to your computer and fix this while you watch? To answer your other question, yes the service is guaranteed.
