My google toolbar is not working properly. It does not show

Please do the following in Internet Explorer

Click Tools (the gear wheel top right) than Internet Options

Click on the General Tab and Delete all Temporary Internet Files.

Than click the Advance Tab and click Reset

Then restart and tell me if it is now working please.

Can you remove it from internet explorer, re-add it and tell me if it then works please

I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you. Ok, go to control panel and click on uninstall a program

Click on the tool bar and choose uninstall

Then restart

Once done, go to this link

Install it again and tell me if it now works correctly please

ok, click start, type in

press enter

Delete all files and folders listed there, ignore any folders windows tells you are in use

Once done, restart and tell me how it now performs please

ok, can you click start and type in

system restore

press enter

Follow the onscreen steps and perform a system restore choosing a restore date from when it was last working

Let this complete and when it has, tell me how it now performs please.
