What is the make and model of the printer?

how is the printer connected to the computer usb or wireless

I used refilled cartridges prior to the problem, now it doesnt like the real HP 364 Color packed cartridges purchased direct from HP

When you print does it pick paper from the tray and attempt to print?

Ink cartridge problem!
One or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged
Install or replace affected cartridges

I have removed and replaced each one
I have turned off the printer at the mains, removed connection wiring and resumed each stage to no effect

Cartridges removed

check the cartridges it has copper contact points and on the carriage head as well. Try to use a damped cloth using some alcohol and clean them.

Please make sure the power is unplugged when you do the cleaning

After the cleaning is done install the cartridges and remove the front tray by pulling it out the whole tray comes out.

MIchelle it has now recognised they are genuine cartridges
It appears to be fine and it is printing a specimen lined page of paper

I have paid £31 by Pay Pal surely this is a free trial answer and my money will be refunded?

If you ask me about billing i will not be able to answer that because we do not have access to customer info due to privacy policy.
