And run (open) the program that gets downloaded Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client

I see you clicked join, try minimizing this browser window so you can see your desktop and there should be another box asking you to click on Run

Not much luck I talking with you So let's do it by webchat please. My computer has been loaded nominating PIXMA as a device but the photograph software says successful print to PIXMA but will not print a copy.

I understand - were you able to minimize the browser to see if there's another smaller window asking you to click Run?

That way I can see your screen and fix it for you

I have minimised the screen header says CANON PRO-100 series(Copy 1) with 3 photos in the queue but drop box says Printer not responding.

Ok, can you please restart the computer and then try printing again and let me know if the same thing happens?

It will open a blank page and start downloading a file automatically.

Once it's downloaded, run the program.

When the program loads, it will give you an ID and a Password, I need those numbers.
Make sure not to keep the program open (do not X out of it)
