when I open my email account, I get the signing in label which has my gmail address and needs a password, which appears as stars (as if it is already filled in) I go over this with the password ***** and click ok. It simply flashes up again as if I didn't do anything. I cannot get an emails at the moment because of this.

once its downloaded, open\run the file can double click on it to run it
