The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. Everytime I switch on this message appears. How do I reinstall the program? What does do? Looking forward to your assistance.

You are referring to a service the website offers, which being optional, can be ignored if you do not wish to use it.

Press the windows key And R and type in


press enter

In the window that opens

Click on the Services Tab and click "Hide All Microsoft Services"

Then click Disable All

Then restart and tell me if you still get the error please

You have to leave the program open so I can connect, open it again, give me the new password ***** tells you and double check the Id and leave it open please

Richard. Did as you requested. Then went to arrow. It ran a programme, which then asked me whether I was prepared to allow changes, YES and NO the latter was highlighted, which I then clicked. up potted ID & password ***** All Ok? Frank
