This is usually caused by a glitch in the firmware and can be resolved by a forced reboot, then your Lenovowill work normally again. Press and hold the power switch for a full 40 seconds, even after the screen goes black, then release. Then press the power button to restart if the device does not start up again on its own.
I am sorry about the difficulty. Those are only optional automated additional service offers in case you need them.
does it have a keyboard with the f8 key on it?
Plug the power adapter into the Tablet
2. With the adapter plugged in, Hold down the power button for 20 seconds
3. Disconnect the power adapter from the Tablet and press the power button for 20 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power adapter and turn on the Tablet.
Have you tried that?
How old is your Lenovo tablet?
Possibilities include a faulty charger, a dead battery, a faulty charge port. Did you try a different charger?
Do you have another charger that you can try?
Okay can you get inside your lenovo and change the battery? It is either the battery, charger or could be a bad motherboard charging circuit.
there will not be any screws, there will be a slit in between the front of it and the back of it, you have to get into that to change the battery or see if the circuit is bad.
You are welcome. If that doesn't work as far as changing batteries it could be a bad circuit on your motherboard inside. sorry to say that will either need to be replaced or it could be cheaper just to buy a new one.
