What is the name of the operating system on your computer (such as Windows 10, 8, or 7 or Mac OSX)?

Did the driver initially find the printer on the network (assuming the printer is network connected)?

Is the computer connecting to the printer over wireless?

Windows 8,& computer did find printer,and is wireless connected.

Once the printer is configured it needs to receive its network information from the router on your network. In some cases it does not find it automatically. So next power down the printer and wait a couple minutes, then power up the printer and then test print to see if the printer received network information and is connected to your network.
