My computer is working fine, but it is not connecting to my TV, which it usually does without any problems. I am not sure why.
Assistant: Who makes your router?
Customer: talktalk
Assistant: What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just making sure all is plugged in properly
Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I can think of, this hasn't happened before.

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
