I have lost the screen page for the iTunes store. How can i reboot it?
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: it is an apple desktop but I'm noy sure what the operating system is.
JA: What kind of Apple device do you have? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: iMac desk top about 10 years old
JA: How long has this been going on with your Apple device? What have you tried so far?
Customer: about 4 weeks. I managed to get a phone number to talk to someone about it as I am elderly and have limited key board skills. He told me to click preferences in iTunes click advanced and reset cache. That worked initially but now has reverted back.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so
