There's so many cloud drive options. What cloud drive are you needing access to?

Perfect. What is your APPLE ID? It is the email address you used to signup for your Apple account.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

That does work. Try to see if your pictures are located here:

Login with the information you provided me.

Ok thank you

If they are not, it may be under a different Apple ID account and I'll have to escalate this up for them to look more into this.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Ok great.....

Once you access that link and get logged in, there should be an icon to click that says Photos. If they aren't there, then it is possibly under another Apple ID. If you don't know what other email address you might have used, then you can easily call 1800 92 38 98 to have them pull up any accounts tied to you.

No photo link

So you were able to get signed in?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Ok ...... can’t wait

It might be easier if you go ahead and give that number a call. There appears to be an issue with communication and I'm worried my whole message isn't coming through. Do you mind going ahead and calling 1800 92 38 98. ? They will be able to help you locate and preserve your iCloud account before it is deleted.
