Once you access that link and get logged in, there should be an icon to click that says Photos. If they aren't there, then it is possibly under another Apple ID. If you don't know what other email address you might have used, then you can easily call 1800 92 38 98 to have them pull up any accounts tied to you.

Well the steps I asked you to follow was to check to see if your photos were at the site I gave you.
Once you access that link and get logged in, there should be an icon to click that says Photos.

It might be easier if you go ahead and give that number a call. There appears to be an issue with communication and I'm worried my whole message isn't coming through. Do you mind going ahead and calling 1800 92 38 98. ? They will be able to help you locate and preserve your iCloud account before it is deleted.
