JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Gmail
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: All three
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: tried everything and even went into a tech store but they couldn't help. I'm ok sending emails but nothing is coming back and all the senders are getting the same msg back with a code 5.1.2

Hi JohnI’m working off a Mac and when I send a test it just comes back with a bounce note

Please open this link to download the remotepc app : - https://www.remotepc.com/downloads/RemotePCSuite.dmg once downloaded open it and then go to Provide one time access tab in RemotePc then click on enable it that will show Access id and Key let me know it.

No you need to download it on the Mac computer not on the phone.

Now open and install it then open the app and go to Provide one time access tab in RemotePc then click on enable it that will show Access id and Key let me know it.

It’s installed ok but won’t show the enabler

What option is it showing on the RemotePC window?

It only shows RemotePCSuite.pkg which opens the installer

If you already installed use the finder and go to applications and see if it shows RemotePC app in it then open it and let me know.
