On reflection, I need someone who can take over my computer and hopefully sort this out for me. I have a similar expert for my printer and they are brilliant and it is well worth the monthly fee to know they are available 24/7. Not that I have ever used them, just the once. Thank you for your time

May I go ahead and access your computer remotely and have a check with printer settings now?
