I am trying to sign into my e mail account and it is not

i am trying to sign into my e mail account and it is not allowing me to do so
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: my provider is sky but it is showing sky/yahoo
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through my web browser .. it is on the front screen of my computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i don't really know what to do - it keeps asking for my password ***** then it says it is incorrect
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no just my e mails
