Customer: I have been struggling with Yahoo temporary error code 15 for the past couple of hours.
JA: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Laptop.......I am old and not very IT savvy
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Switching off, leaving it 20 minutes or so before restarting
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I don't think so

This is an issue occurring with some accounts, it is not related to your computer at all, but to the Yahoo Server.

There is no ETA yet on when they will resolve this but you do not need to do anything but keep trying to access your account regularly.Once Yahoo has resolved it then you will be able to access your account.If you would like any additional information, please do not hesitate to let me know.Thank you
