Customer: i have submitted the recovery form on numerous occasions and have been unsuccessful

Customer: i have had two attempts today. I am 75 years of age and am very computer literate

I have submitted over 70 forms to Microsoft answering the questions and keep being advised that they need more information but the questions are quite limited in regards ***** *****
