I have just bought a new iPad and cannot download the app for the Times e paper. The newspaper tells me the subscription is with you but I would need to cancel the one I have and take out another subscription for the new iPad. Can you help me to do this?
JA: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your computer or device?
Customer: Not sure what that means - sorry
JA: What have you tried so far to uninstall your software?
Customer: I clicked on the Times e paper app but it tells me it cannot load and I should try again which I have done lots of times
