Customer: My husband Frank Brown is having trouble . His old e-mail address keeps popping up - freeserve is now out of business. He wants to up date his Garmin Satnav. The computer works fine. Thank you for any help you may be able to give. Liz
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Frank's is [email protected] .com mine is***@******.*** but mine is fine
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Frank goes on his 1-pad sometimes his computer-both Apple
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Hello Rahul - my husband Frank has this problem but not me, as he has a bit of a short term memory it is better you deal with me so that he doesn't get confused. I am here to help him , and you are going to be helping both of us! If he wants to open a new programme it keeps on popping up with his old e-mail -Freeserve which doesn't exist any more. I am on my Apple I-pad and have Frank's ( Apple I -pad to hand) thank you

We want to update the Garmin sat nav but it only gives Frank the old e-mail to connect with. Can't do that as Freeserve is now defunct .

The***@******.*** is fine , but when he wants to update his garmin Satnav which you plug into his computer it keeps on referring to his old Freeserve account which doesn't exist.
