Okay, press widnows logo key and I key together to open the settings window.
Settings window opened now?
Click on the notification icon next to the time from desktop and let me know if its showing the all settings option there in the tiles.
Okay, press windows logo and L together to lock the user account.
Let me know once its done.
Press the space bar once to view the login screen.
Do not enter the password, let me know when you are there
Press and hold the left side shift key and then click on the shutdown icon and select restart.
Do not leave the left shift key until you got a screen after the reboot.
Let me know when you have done that.
What is it showing on the screen now?
What is the computer brand name?
Please do it one more time by pressing the left shift key and restart option.
Let me know the options from next screen.
You can release the key now.
Is there any option called startup settings?
Then select Restart and then select F5 for safe mode with networking.
Any additional device connected to computer now like memory card, printer etc?
