My email is blocked with trash, which I can't remove to Trash because it says there is 0 Capacity... My whole machine is working extremely slowly, and Sent emails are not showing in the sent box

If it is Google then please do the following.

Click on the three dots top right in Chrome then settings.

Then go to the bottom and click on Advance.

Then click on Reset.

Let the reset complete and when it has, close Chrome, open it again and try to manage your emails.
