Customer: HOTMAIL
JA: How do you usually access Hotmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: WEB BROWSER
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: NILL

Can you please tell me which internet browser you are using and what happens when you try to open an email?

If it is Google Chrome,

Click on the three dots top right in Chrome then settings.

Then go to the bottom and click on Advance.

Then click on Reset.

Let the reset complete and when it has, close Chrome, open it again and try to sign in and use your emails.
