JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: I do not have a computer problem, but a landline one
JA: What's the brand/model of your phone system?
Customer: It is a BT graphite
JA: How long has this been going on with your phone system? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I chatted to one of your colleadues two days ago and he did a number of diagnostics without success. We arranged for an engineer to call me between 1600 and 1800 yesterday, after I had told him I would not be available after that. However there was no call then, but I did receive that I had missed a call at approx 1830. So I wonder whether we can rearrange it.
