My computer is fine . I have just bought a second hand Kindle and do not know how to register it to receive books from my old account.It is my kindle.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Kindle? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have requested an OTP, put it in and then am told it is incorrect. I have checked but it is CORRECT.
JA: Anything else you want the E-Reader Expert to know before I connect you?

Sync Your Books & Personal Documents Automatically

  1. Go to Manage Your Content and Devices.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Under Device Synchronization (Whispersync Settings), set Whispersync Device Synchronization to ON or OFF.
