Customer: I'm not sure. Its been diabled. It wont connect to my computer to sink to itunes

No. There isn't a sim in it at the moment.
When I put sim in I receive messages but can't see them as the disabled thing is still there

In the page that opens you will see just answer remote desktop..scroll down the page and click on i agree
It will download a file Elsinore screen connect exe at bottom of screen
Once its downloaded, open\run the file ..you can double click on it to run it
Once it starts to run it will ask do you want to allow the file to make changes...say yes to it

michelleclive: we can only reset the iphone. which deletes all of your data and settings

michelleclive: Press and hold the Side (or Top) button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider to turn off your device. Connect your device to your computer while holding the Home button. Keep holding the Home button until you see the recovery-mode screen.
