I would like to order an item but cannot type my correct password. Have received a new One time Password ***** 984794.
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: ASUS X55513-400. Would the op. system be BT?
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Only since I have tried, and tried again to order an item. I have just followed instructions for the purchase of product from Google originally, then Amazon.
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
