JA: Who makes your speaker or sound system?
Customer: I want to run the cdrom on my laptop, which is new, I don't see the relevance of sound system - laptop isn't connected to a s' system.
JA: Anything else you want the Audio/Video Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It's an old cdrom using an external cdrom drive, which is also old.

Thanks, try to run a cdrom on my laptop from an external drive; however, it won't run because the necessary codecs are not installed on my laptop. I'm afraid to source codecs on internet in case I download a file which damages my computer.

Click the green "I Agree" button to download the remote program.

You will see at the bottom left of the Chrome window a file named Elsinore is getting downloaded.

After the download right click on the file name and open it.

A Window will ask you to allow the program to run.

Allow it to run.

Problem solved by remote support. Need the latest version of the program.
