Customer: 01647 252887 I have had no land line connection for 7 days
JA: How long has this been going on with your phone system? What have you tried so far?
Customer: 7 days, there is nothing I can try! There are people working on the BT junction in the village but they say that it is nothing to do with them

Can you please remove the power to the BT Box (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the BT Box, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
