There is no such as Google Spelling Check API via web, something like Google Maps. I guess you are referring to Google Translate or Google Chrome Spelling Check. Correct?

If your app is a web based app, or in other words, based on HTML5/CSS, you actually no need to handle spelling check and leave the job to the web browsers, such as Google Chrome, as nowadays most modern browsers are able support this by default.If the app isn’t web based but still connected, then you may use spelling check APIs via web services. See below some popular examples.

Personally I don’t see Google’s spelling check API but Microsoft does provide it via Bing (not my name here).
