Could you please tell me if the 'Sent' functionality for my account is still provided please ? I've been running Outlook on '*****@******.***' but the sending function fails to work now, though I can still receive emails.
JA: When did you last update Outlook?
Customer: Not very recently.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Outlook?
Customer: I have not fiddled with any of the settings - I wonder if the problem has been created since I stopped using Talktalk as my ISP

Thanks, I've changed the server details to 'mail.talktalk.net' and 'smtp.talktalk.net' and that seems to have worked.
