I renewed my amazon prime yesterday. The amazon home page

i renewed my amazon prime yesterday. The amazon home page comes up but when i select a program the screen tries to load but the program does not load
JA: What are you having trouble accessing or opening?
Customer: any tv content the grand tour and all others
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Lg 65 inch oled 6 months old i think c8
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: all else works netflix all other channels.

One suggestion is to log out of your Amazon prime account on the TV and log back in. Have you tried that?

the tv is 65 inch oled from 2018 , yes i have turned off tv and router and turned back on

how do you get amazon settings on tv?

Hit the home button. Click more apps at the bottom, Hover the pointer over the app your having trouble with and click the up arrow. Choose the X symbol, to remove it and then reinstall and try it out.
