My Tv keeps loosing channels and saying my signal is too

My Tv keeps loosing channels and saying my signal is too weak to get them, To regain the channels I have to re-tune them. Why is this happening over and over again.
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Sony, KDL-55W80XC , Purchased Aug. 10th 2016
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes it does work and I do not think so
JA: How long has this been an issue with your Sony? What happened right before this?
Customer: At least a year I was not worried about it until I realised it was more and more the ones that we were trying to watch
