am unable to view my current bank statement. When I log in and go through the process a message tells me I have input incorrect info
JA: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?
Customer: current page of my account
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Lenovo idapad I think
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: About 2-3 weeks. I've made 2 visits to branch (Bath) latest today and ive had 2 conversations this evening totalling at least 45 mins to no avail
