Hi I cannot receive my emails on my iPhone to my normal email***@******.*** I need to change something in my settings
JA: How's your Internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: My internet connection was with Telstra but tried to add outlook, I may have done something wrong
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: No
