everytime i switch tv on it ask do i want to update when i do it comes up with update failed
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Sharp LC 32F15342KF 15months old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: everything else is ok and i can skip this update request knowing it will fail but everytime i switch the tv on i get it and it is getting to be nuisance
JA: How long has this been an issue with your LC 32F15342KF? What happened right before this?
Customer: it`s be like it from day1
JA: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Well i have a Sharp Sound Bar HT-SB150 which i can`t get to work

No error code just downloads 153MB then fails! However, inexplicably for the the first time since purchase it seems to be going through an update!!!!!

with an HDMI cable

Initially it worked then stopped it is brand new

Check the settings on the TV and make sure audio is set for the HDMI output. The cable should go from TV Output to soundbar input.
