Customer: My problem is hangouts stopped sending so I deleted and reloaded but now I cannot get through the system as I have forgot my password. I have tried all the options!
Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

I changed the password successfully
But when I go into Hangouts it asks me to sign into google which I have.
So put in user name and password but it keeps saying sign int google?
