Customer: Only this morning, I have pushed phone connections in

Can you please remove the power to the BT Hub (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the BT Hub, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

I have done that, broadband has been ok also I have a dialling code but doesn't ring out and ringing from mobile appears to be ringing but it's not
