Please press the Windows logo key and R key together to open Run.
In the RUN box type "control printers" without the quotes and click on OK.
Right-click on your printer and select it as the default printer and try to print again.
Also, to stop printing an article or document, open the printers window as informed above, right-click on the printer, click on See what's printing and Righ-click on the printing document, select Pause or Cancel.
