I am having an issue with my PC where I think that I have lost the DNA settings for my router, but all other devices are having no problems
JA: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?
Customer: It doesn't matter whether it's wifi or ethernet
JA: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?
Customer: All lights are green
JA: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I am aware of at this moment

Can you please let me know what exactly you mean by "DNA" settings? Do you mean that the computer has no internet connection at all? Even not if you are connecting it with an ethernet cable?

Please try to reset the TCP/IP stack by downloading this utility https://www.majorgeeks.com/index.php?ct=files&action=download& from a computer that has a working internet connection, put it to a USB stick and run it on the computer that has the issue with the network. Please let me know if it worked.

The previous link is faulty, please use this one: http://www.wieldraaijer.nl/download/Reset-TCPIP/Reset-TCPIP.exe Also make sure to run it as "Administrator" on the damaged computer (by right-clicking the file and selecting "Run as Administrator").

just to let you know that i now have full internet connectivity, without using the script from above. It would seem that the computer has restored to an earlier backup version automatically
