I have been trying to ring for over an hour now with no answer. It is regarding us not receiving a refund on a tv that was sent back to you
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: We have received a new tv but are still waiting our refund on 299.00 which was supposed to have been sent to us over two weeks ago.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
